Christopher recently joined the real estate field. As a New York native, and lifelong resident of the
Southern Tier, he brings an intimate knowledge and love of the area. Christopher, his wife, and 2
children make their home in Greenwood, NY. He is devoted to his community with deeply established
roots as an elementary educator in the Canisteo-Greenwood school district. His experience as a teacher brings a unique skill set to the real estate world. Both teachers and real estate salespersons should be flexible, organized, dedicated, and have strong people skills. In both professional areas, Christopher spends a tremendous amount of time on prep work, is a master communicator, and exhibits empathy. He has an easy way of educating his clients on things they need to know including: current market conditions, lending options, how to make an offer, how to value and price a home, and much more. Christopher gives back to his community and has volunteered as a youth coach for several sports at the local level.
